Mr. Rosen is the founding member of the firm. Since his graduation from law school, Mr. Rosen has focused his practice in the areas of bankruptcy and creditors' rights. Mr. Rosen has vast experience representing both business and consumer debtors in chapter 11, chapter 13 and chapter 7 bankruptcy proceedings. In addition, Mr. Rosen has represented numerous bankruptcy trustees.

Mr. Kantrow joined the firm as an associate in 2004 after completing a Clerkship with the Hon. Stan Bernstein, United States Bankruptcy Judge (Retired) in the Eastern District of New York. In 2009, Mr. Kantrow became a member of the firm. Mr. Kantrow has focused his practice in representing both business and consumer debtors in chapter 11, chapter 13 and chapter 7 proceedings. In addition, Mr. Kantrow has represented numerous bankruptcy trustees.

Ms. Dobbin concentrates her practice in the representation of bankruptcy trustees in complex litigation.

Mr. Tsionis joined the firm as an associate in 2019. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Tsionis gained extensive experience representing secured creditors in bankruptcy, foreclosure and landlord tenant proceedings. Prior to that, Mr. Tsionis was engaged in helping individuals and businesses in the pursuit of deft relief. Mr. Tsionis concentrates his practice in representing both debtors and creditors in chapter 7, chapter 11 and chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings. In addition, Mr. Tsionis also represents bankruptcy trustees.
