Our Firm

Rosen & Kantrow, PLLC is a boutique practice with a focus on all aspects of bankruptcy law and creditors' rights.  The firm is experienced in representing Chapter 11 debtors engaged in operating small to mid-size companies, and it has successfully reorganized a number of businesses located on Long Island and New York City.  In addition to representing small and mid-sized businesses, the firm also has extensive experience representing parties in health care bankruptcies.

The firm has also represented Chapter 7 Trustees, Operating Trustees and Creditors' Committees in numerous actions.  Plaintiffs and defendants in various bankruptcy proceedings have utilized the firm's services.

In addition to its bankruptcy practice, the firm is also experienced in commercial and residential real estate law.  

Avrum Rosen is the founding member of the firm, which has grown to include four attorneys: Fred Kantrow as partner, and Deborah Dobbin, Nico Pizzo and  Alex Tsionis as associates.
